WRITTEN WARRANTY
We offer several types of warranties for everything we sell. We offer a 90 day standard on all our parts and on mechanical parts we offer up to a year in coverage based on the plan u choose.
REFUND POLICY
Provided the defective part cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued in the amount on the order receipt. No refunds will be offered after the 90 days.
ELECTRICAL ITEMS
Most our electrical items have a 30 day warranty which is for exchange only, NO CASH REFUNDS on electrical items. In some cases we might use a restocking fee of 25%.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Failure due to accident or collision
- Improper installation of the part
- Misuse, abuse, modification, vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes
- Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions
- disassembling voids warranty
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.
